You know you're ready for a change.
It's time to shake things up (and with minimal effort).
So here's what we'll do........
Buy:
Local green cabbage
fresh salsa
sour cream
almonds
sunflower seeds
1 portobello mushroom
celery
(I'll assume you have the rest on hand)
Make:
Nut loaf
1/2 c. Almonds, ground to a meal
1/2 c. Sunflower seeds, ground to a meal
1/2 c. Chopped onion
1 c. chopped portobello mushroom
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. shoyu (soy sauce)
4 Cloves minced garlic
1/4 bunch flat leaf parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Sea salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
pulse all in a food processor to combine and then bake in a moderate oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Store in tupperware in the fridge and serve with tacos or reheat and add to a morning scramble.
